### Participation Requirements

The participant confirms they are at least 18 years old at the time of signing the contract. The participant affirms they are mentally fit to attend the Self-Coaching Retreat.

### Booking Confirmation and Payment

A binding booking is confirmed through written confirmation (via email) from the organizer. A 24-hour cancellation period applies after the contract is signed.

Payment is due by bank transfer to the organizer within 10 days of invoicing. Installment payments (up to 3 installments) are possible by agreement, provided the full payment is made no later than 4 weeks before the retreat begins. By making the payment (either full or partial), the participant agrees to the terms and conditions.

### Withdrawal by the Participant

If the participant wishes to withdraw from the contract, the following refunds apply:
– Up to 6 weeks before the retreat start: 25% of the participation fee will be refunded.
– For cancellations 0-6 weeks before the retreat start, no refund will be provided.

### Changes to the Retreat by the Organizer

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the retreat program. Participants will be informed immediately of any changes or cancellations due to illness or unforeseen events (e.g., force majeure). Participants will be offered an alternative date. No refund of fees will be made.

### Liability and Limitation of Liability

All participants are required to provide proof of valid international health and liability insurance upon request. The organizer is not liable for any health, personal, or property damage not caused by them during arrival, departure, or the retreat itself. The organizer assumes no liability for self-inflicted damages. The organizer is not liable for lost or damaged (valuable) items of the participants.

### Arrival / Departure

Participants are responsible for their timely arrival at the event location. The organizer is not responsible for any changes in flight schedules.

A shuttle service to the finca is available upon request for an additional charge. It is the participant’s responsibility to inform the organizer in a timely manner about any changes to their arrival time at the pickup point.

We aim to make the arrival as smooth and pleasant as possible for everyone. Finca Mandala de Masca is located in a scenic but somewhat remote area away from tourist centers. It has proven effective to arrange shared transportation (group taxi) between the airport and the finca for both arrival and departure. All details will be shared prior to arrival. Taxi costs will be shared among participants, depending on how many are using the service. Based on past experience, the transport cost should be between €15 and €40 per journey. If a private taxi is required, it will cost approximately €80 per journey.

Important note on airport arrival: We generally expect arrivals at Tenerife South Airport. If arriving at Tenerife North Airport, higher costs for transportation to the finca may occur. However, a bus transfer from North Airport to South Airport is also possible (approx. 1-hour travel time).

Important note on travel sickness: The drive to the finca is accompanied by stunning views and the beautiful panorama of Tenerife. If you suffer from travel sickness, please be aware that the route includes winding roads. Please inform us in advance, and we will ensure the driver takes extra care during the journey.

### Self-Responsibility During the Retreat

This retreat is for individuals who want to work on themselves, question things, and make changes. It is important to understand that during the entire shared journey in the FLOWsisters tribe, personal responsibility is emphasized: If you feel the need for some quiet time, step away with your journal by the pool instead of participating in yoga. Or if your body needs a walk during the break, go ahead and explore the beauty of Tenerife. Absolutely! Listen to yourself and your body – we support you fully in your self-responsibility during the retreat.

Important note: As part of personal responsibility, we remind you that this is a coaching retreat. This means that you will receive plenty of input and will be asked to reflect on yourself. But this is exactly what you want, right? It can be emotionally moving and sometimes quite exhausting. This is a bit different from a beach vacation 😉 To get the best out of ourselves, we will work a lot on personal growth. The workshop/coaching sessions are the heart of the retreat, and we recommend not to miss any part of them because the work is worth it! So get ready for lots of sunshine, a wonderful and free atmosphere, and amazing people to have fun with while discovering yourself anew.

### Photo and Video Recording

The organizer and team will capture the most beautiful moments of the retreat week in video sequences and photos. Personal space and privacy will be respected, and no disturbance will be made during coaching sessions. Selected footage will be used for social media and the website of Andrea Morgenstern to promote the FLOWsisters Retreat for future participants. Upon request, we will provide participants with the best footage after the retreat.

### Use of Aromatherapy

During the FLOWsisters Retreat, essential oils will be used in a diffuser. If there are personal reasons (e.g., allergies) that prevent the use of essential oils, participants are encouraged to inform the organizer before the retreat begins.

### Wishes, Complaints, Suggestions

If you have any complaints, suggestions, or wishes, the participant agrees to discuss them promptly with the organizer or staff. The FLOWsisters Retreat is based on well-being, openness, and respectful interaction. We will do everything in our power to find solutions together.

### Miscellaneous

Participants agree to behave respectfully and appropriately at the venue and take proper care of the premises, accommodation, and provided yoga equipment. Violations may lead to exclusion from the retreat with early departure, with no refund for services already provided.

If a participant significantly disrupts the group process during the retreat, they may be excluded after a warning. The costs of early departure are to be borne by the participant. No (partial) refund of the participation fee will be made.

Smoking is prohibited within the finca or the rooms. The Soul Flow Retreat is dedicated to providing a protected space for relaxation, connection, and self-reflection. Therefore, the consumption of alcohol and illegal drugs during the retreat is prohibited. (A designated smoking area is available outside the premises.)
